Scholarship for Missouri residents who are full-time undergraduate students at a participating Missouri postsecondary institution. Applicants must be dependent children (less than 24 years of age) or spouse of a Public Safety Officer or Missouri Department of Transportation employee who was killed or permanently and totally disabled in the line of duty and be U.S. citizens/permanent residents. Students pursuing a degree or certificate in theology or divinity are not eligible to apply. Deadlines and award amounts may vary. Documentation of deceased or disabled person must be included with application packet.
