Scholarship for incoming transfer students enrolling at Northern Illinois University who were not selected for the University Scholars Award or the Academic Finalist Award. Average qualification of recipients is a minimum 3.5 GPA. Selection is also based on extracurricular activities. Award amount is for tuition waiver and cash award. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
