Scholarship for disabled Spokane County, Washington residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Washington. Students must be age 21 or younger. Number of awards and award amount may vary. A doctor's report describing the disability must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; may reapply.
