Scholarship for residents of the Kankakee Community College district who are undergraduate students attending Kankakee Community College majoring in Visual Arts. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a U.S. citizen. Selection is based on artistic talent, application, references, need and career goals.
