Scholarship for Ohio or Marshall County, West Virginia or Belmont County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at West Liberty State College, West Virginia Northern Community College, Wheeling Jesuit University, Bethany College, or Belmont Branch of Ohio University. Students must have a minimum "C+" average and financial need. Number of awards and award amount may vary. A personal statement and a copy of the IRS 1040 form must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
