Annual award for a resident of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington or Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania who is a graduate student attending or planning to attend a Pennsylvania Law School. Applicants must be of the Jewish faith, show academic promise and demonstrate financial need.
