Scholarship for students with some Scottish descent who will be first year graduate students attending a school within 250 miles of New York State pursuing a year of graduate study in Scotland. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, financial need, and statement of personal objectives. Preference is given to students who have not previously studied in the United Kingdom.
