Scholarship for undergraduate students who are children or widowed spouses of a Massachusetts resident who was the victim of the terrorism of September 11, 2001. Students must attend a public college or university in Massachusetts. A certificate of death and proof that the death is connected to terrorism must be included with application packet. Award amount is equal to the resident tuition rate. Number of awards varies.
