Annual award for upperclass undergraduate student attending Minnesota State University Moorhead full-time, majoring in English. Applicant must have the best promise in the English major, demonstrate leadership abilities and contribute to the University. Candidate must have financial need. Submit two faculty letters of recommendation, a critical writing sample (5-page paper from a 300 or higher level English course), and a 500 word essay with application packet.
