Annual award for students attending the Kaw Area Technical School. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have financial need. An essay and a sworn statement indicating the applicant is drug free (ie., tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and drugs other than presciption medication) must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
