Scholarship for residents of Scott, New Madrid or Mississippi Counties, Missouri, who are undergraduates attending Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in Criminal Justice. Applicants must have completed 60 credit hours with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Financial need is a determining factor. Number of awards and award amount varies.
