Scholarship for incoming transfer students enrolling at Northern Illinois University who have completed at least 45 semester hours at a community college. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Selection is also based on extracurricular activities. Number of awards may vary. Award amount covers tuition, a book stipend, fees, room and board. Nonrenewable.
