Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Virginia Military Institute. Students must have financial need. Preference given to Norfolk Public Schools graduates. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
