Scholarship for outstanding undergraduate students attending Richland Community College full-time, pursuing at least a two-year degree. Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, carry a minimum of 15 semester hours, and file a FAFSA to be eligible. Award is for two years and covers full tuition, as well as for two years of tuition at an Illinois senior institution. Award amount and number of awards depends on available funds.
