Annual award for a Wyoming resident who is an incoming freshmen accepted to Colorado State University full-time. Selection is based on financial need and merit. Applicant must be an U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Submit a completed Private Scholarship Application, and a FAFSA application. Non-renewable.
