Scholarship for residents of Lorain County, Ohio pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in the Health Care field (Medical degrees excluded). Applicant must either reside, or work in a health facility, within the Allen Memorial Hospital district. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and complete the FAFSA. Award amount and number of awards may vary. Renewable. A copy of most recent tax return must be included with application packet.
