Scholarship for college junior, senior or graduate student who plans to study hydrology, hydrogeology or any water resources related field at any Arizona university or college. Selection based on strength of recommendation letters (at least one), student's application letter describing student's interests and career goals in hydrology or water resources, background in related activities, and degree of financial need.
