Annual Fellowships for graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in the U.S. majoring in the Atmospheric or related Oceanic and Hydrologic Sciences. Students must be working on a dissertation on the history of the atmospheric, or related oceanic or hydrologic sciences. Award is for one year of research. Number of awards may vary.
