Scholarship for publicly elected Arkansas School Board Members sons/daughters who will be freshmen entering a two- or four-year Arkansas institution of higher education. School Board Member-parent must be serving on local board on September 1st of the year student receives award. Selection will be based on academic performance, demonstrated financial need, leadership, three letters of recommendation, a counselor-completed form and statement, official transcript and 500-word essay.
