Annual award for undergraduate or graduate students who are attending a college/univesity within the area of the San Francisco-Northern California Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences organization and have completed at least one undergraduate academic year of television studies. Selection based on work student has done as a writer/reporter. The San Francisco-Northern California Chapter area includes: Northern California (Visalia to the Oregon border); Hawaii, and Reno, Nevada. Nonrenewable.
