Scholarship for Delaware residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in participating states. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents and pursuing studies in a major not offered at a Delaware college. Award amount is for in state tuition. Due date and number of awards may vary.
