Scholarship for Pennsylvania residents who are college sophomores or above that are enrolled full-time in a Pennsylvania college or university. Applicant must have applied, and qualified for, the federal Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship program, but did not receive the scholarship. Candidate must be a Pennsylvania State Grant recipient for at least one term during their freshman year. Due date and number of awards varies.
