Scholarship for college freshmen who are members of the Western Pennsylvania Boys & Girls Club (minimum four years) planning to attend a two- or four-year college or university. Applicants must have a minimum "C" average, have no failing grades, demonstrate financial need and demonstrate a commitment and involvement in community service and the Boys and Girls Club.
