Annual award for African-American student, in good standing, of the University of Phoenix. Student must be a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico at the time of application. Student must be 23 years old or older, be working 30 hours/week, have demonstrated financial need, and have a minimum C+ (2.33) grade point average.
