Scholarship for Cumberland, Frostburg, Lonaconing, Midland, Westernport, Barton, or Luke, Maryland residents who are incoming freshmen enrolled part- or full-time at Allegany College of Maryland majoring in Business, Education, or General Studies. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be U.S. citizens/permanent residents. Number of awards may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
