Scholarship for female Baldwin County, Georgia residents who are undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) students enrolled full-time at Georgia College and State University. Students must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA, be at least 30 years of age, U.S. citizens, and residents of Baldwin County for a minimum of four years. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
