Scholarship for Oregon residents who are dependents of active, retired, disabled, or deceased members of the American Federation of State, City, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1724 (minimum of 1 year prior to applying), who are pursuing postsecondary studies. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Award amount and number of awards may vary. Recipients may reapply and compete annually. Contact the college's financial aid office or the Commission for more information and/or application.
