Scholarship for students attending the St. Cloud Technical College in Minnesota, who are committed to the pro-life movement. Applicant must have academic achievement and the ability to succeed. Candidate must be an active volunteer at a pro-life agency or in a pro-life program and must demonstrate their commitment to the pro-life philosophy. Student must have financial need after government and other sources of financial aid. Number of awards varies.
