Annual competition open to all graphic artists & illustrators who are enrolled in an accredited college or university graphic arts program. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a judged art competition. Chairman of college-level art programs should request, on school letterhead, the "Call for Entries" for the Student Scholarship Competition.
