Scholarship for entering freshmen students attending Norfolk State University in Virginia, enrolled in the ROTC Program. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, SAT score of 920 or ACT score of 19. Candidate must be under the age of 27, physically fit, medically qualified and commit to a 4-year active service obligation. Due date and number of awards varies. Renewable.
