Scholarship for undergraduate students (not incoming freshmen) attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, majoring in Arts and Sciences or Pre-Professional Health. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need, good character and academic potential to succeed. Candidates cannot be receiving a Presidential or Presidential Plus award. Number of awards varies.
