Scholarship for college junior (or above) students attending all Florida universities that participate in the Florida Sea Grant College Program. Students may be interested in any academic discipline having direct application in marine science ranging from basic biology and engineering to economics and food science. Selection is based on financial need, academic merit, leadership and personal character. Preference given to Florida residents. Once selected, a student may continue to receive this award as long as satisfactory progress is made. Number of awards varies.
