Annual award for a Florida graduate student studying public administration and that aspires to a career in city/county government management. Student must attend a Florida-based university or college. Selection based on interest in city/county government administration, career plans, academic achievement, school/community honors and activities, and financial need. The most qualified candidates will be interviewed by a special committee.
