Scholarship for Bay County, Michigan residents who are full-time undergraduate students in enrolled a North Central college or university in Michigan. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Consideration also given to extracurricular/community activities, an essay, and personal recommendations. Due date is the last Monday in February. Award amount varies. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply.
