Scholarship for residents of Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan counties, Washington who are incoming freshmen enrolling at Washington State University that will be entering the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences. Selection based on GPA, SAT score, an essay, leadership abilities, and potential. Award amounts range from $100-$4,000. Number of awards may vary.
