Scholarship for Frederick County, Maryland residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution. Students must be athletes that participate in athletics, exhibit a good work ethic, display their spiritual beliefs in their everyday decision-making and have overcome obstacles to achieve success. Selection is based on academic promise, community service, extracurricular activities, financial need, and character. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
