Scholarship for full-time freshmen attending Tarleton State University. Preference is given to Hydology majors, second preference is given to agriculture related majors. Applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA, a minimum 1000 SAT or 26 ACT, financial need, leadership qualities and a desire to participate in University activities. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
