Annual award for resident of District #3 (Clay, Greene, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion or Vigo County), Indiana who is an undergraduate student attending Indiana State University, majoring in Nursing. Applicant must have membership or activity in professional and student organization. Candidate must participate in health related community services and have no failures and/or withdrawals in nursing courses without extenuating circumstances. Due date varies.
