Scholarship for residents of California who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a California postsecondary institute pursuing studies related to the Real Estate Industry. Applicants must have resided in California a minimum of one year prior to application; have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours within the past four years with at least two courses being in Real Estate or related studies; have a minimum 2.6 CGPA, be enrolled at least part-time with one course being in the Real Estate field; and submit two letters of recommendation. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
