Scholarship for juniors or seniors attending Western Illinois University who are majoring in Teacher Education. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. First priority to applicants from Quincy in Adams County and then to applicants from Galesburg in Knox County. Preference given to University Honors Program students. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
