Scholarship for New York State employees who are members of a Public Employees Federation (PEF) Region 8 and are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be a Grade 18 or less and possibly be a G.O.E.R. voucher recipient. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay and a personal statement must be included with application packet.
