Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Rockingham Community College pursuing a degree, certificate or diploma. Applicants must have a minimum "C+" average, demonstrate financial need and have a true desire to better themselves through education. Preference is given to students from western Rockingham and eastern Stokes County. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
