Scholarship for residents of Colorado admitted to Colorado State University, whose parents (biological or adoptive) have not received a bachelor's degree. Student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have financial need, file a FAFSA, and be enrolled full-time to be eligible. Non-renewable.
