Annual award for Indiana resident who is an undergraduate student attending Indiana State University, enrolled in the College of Business to major in Real Estate. Applicant must have completed at least 3 hours in real estate, 5 semesters with a 2.5 GPA. Preference given to resident of Vigo, Vermillion or Sullivan County. Due date varies.
