Scholarship for Colorado residents who are incoming freshmen accepted to Colorado State University's College of Engineering, planning to major in Civil Engineering. Student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, file a FAFSA, and be enrolled full-time to be eligible. Recipients chosen from Admission's Appication. Applicant must have high academic record, aptitude for engineering, moral character, leadership potiential, financial need, register for 14 credits of the standard engineering curricula and maintain a 3.0 CGPA. Number of awards and award amount varies. Non-renewable.
