Scholarship for Vermont residents who are blind or visually impaired or are the children of a Vermont resident who is blind or visually impaired and are pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on financial need and academic achievement. Preference is given to students who are blind or visually impaired and plan to study electrical engineering at the University of Vermont, OR are blind or visually impaired and plan to study engineering at a Vermont postsecondary school, OR plan to enter other fields of study working with the blind or visually impaired. Applicants must apply to VSAC for a Vermont Grant and file the FAFSA.
