Scholarship for Vermont residents who are undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a career in Education or Rehabilitation of the blind or visually impaired. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on financial need and academic achievement. Applicants must apply to VSAC for a Vermont Grant and file the FAFSA.
