Annual award for residents of Arizona, California, or Idaho who are current or former FFA members and are undergraduates (freshmen excluded) at a four year college or university pursuing studies in Agriculture with emphasis in irrigation and soil technology. Student must be a U.S. citizen. Criteria used for selection includes student's GPA (minimum 3.0), ACT or SAT scores, class rank, financial need, leadership in FFA activities, leadership in community activities, and involvement in the Supervised Agricultural Experience Program (SAE). Nonrenewable.
