Scholarship for Vermont residents who are Vermont Horse Council members, and their dependents, and are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution pursuing Equine studies or a related field. Selection is based on community service, leadership, financial need, and achievement with horses. A resume must be included with application packet.
