Scholarship for residents of Allegany or Garrett counties, Maryland who are full-time juniors or seniors at Frostburg State University who are majoring in Health & Physical Education with a teaching certificate option. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA and participate in campus activities or outside volunteer activities. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
